We promptly provide a no-charge cost estimate upon receiving biographical affidavits and identifying names used and address histories for each affiant. To maintain compliance, criminal and civil searches must be performed for all names used and counties in which an affiant has resided, worked, held officer positions and/or directorships, or attended school. Because each person’s background is unique, we cannot offer a flat-rate fee for a background verification report. Our cost is tailored to each affiant depending on name and address history. Once you approve the estimate, we accept a 50% retainer to proceed with background verifications and report preparation.
Efficient Reporting
We stay in regular communication with you and verifiers. We work seven days a week to complete background verifications and prepare NAIC-compliant reports quickly and efficiently. We then securely send the report directly to the state and issue our final invoice for the balance.
